The Thrive Bright Method™ is my signature framework for deep, sustainable transformation — developed through my work as a women’s coach, former NHS GP, and yoga teacher, and refined through years of supporting high-achieving women in high-pressure lives.

It was created for women who are done with surface-level solutions.

This is not motivational coaching.
It’s not mindset hacks layered on top of exhaustion.

It’s a trauma-informed, science-backed, soul-grounded approach that works at the level where real change happens.

The method weaves together:

  • Neuroscience and psychology — to understand overwhelm, break entrenched patterns, and create lasting behavioural change

  • NLP and trauma-informed coaching — to honour your lived experience and gently shift what’s been keeping you stuck
