Success does not have to come at the cost of yourself.
So many of the women I work with appear to have it all together.

They’re capable, reliable, high-functioning, and the person others count on.
But beneath the surface, they’re often carrying more than anyone sees.

The emotional labour.

The self-imposed standards.
